EXPLOSION PROTECTION SYSTEMS

Many products are explosive in a dust form and therefore many of our dust extraction and centralised vacuum cleaning systems are fitted with explosion protection systems of some sort. These include:

• Explosion relief venting panels.
• Flame quenching tubes.
• Suppression equipment.
• Chemical isolation barriers.
• Slam shut dampers.
  
  It is vitally important that explosion protection systems are installed to suit the filter plants location. This is to protect the integrity of the extraction system, the production plant and the most important commodity of all, that of operatives who routinely work within the vacinity of dust filtration equipment.
